Sample data
Loads a small set of demo patients, cases, tasks, and attorneys for staff training. Guarded against duplicates. Remove wipes only records marked as sample.
Import patients from CSV
Takes the Patients tab exported from the KWC Drive inventory Sheet. Expected columns: status, last_name, first_name, doi, file_number, practice, drive_folder_id, drive_folder_url, folder_name_raw.
Nothing is written until you review the preview. File number (the PI case number) becomes the patient record ID, so re-importing updates in place instead of creating duplicates.
Data cleanup
Counts what is actually stored in each collection, grouped by where it came from, then lets you delete it. Scan first. Every delete needs the word DELETE typed to confirm.
Never touched: staff accounts, practices, doctors, employee records. Cannot be cleared from here: the activity log, which is append only by server rule.
Google Drive file access
Lets patient profiles list, preview and download the files in each patient's Drive folder without leaving the console. Needs a Google OAuth Client ID (Web application, origin https://keshwellness.com) from console.cloud.google.com. Staff connect with their own Google sign-in; access is read only.
Backup
Downloads a complete snapshot of the console data (patients, cases, network, tasks, appointments) as one JSON file. Take one before big changes and one per week; keep them somewhere safe.
Restore from a backup file (owner and admin only). Compares the file against live data first: records missing live are re-added, records that differ are overwritten, and nothing is ever deleted. Take a fresh backup before restoring.
Data quality
Live checks over every record. Click a count to see the list; click a row to open the record and fix it. Use Merge on a patient profile to combine duplicates.
